Adjustable dumbbells (up to 72 lbs) and a kettlebell (up to 40 lbs), along with a 50 lb kettlebell. 

In addition, you see a sissy squat/back extension apparatus. And a "Tower of Power" where we can perform proper push-ups, dips, pull-ups, and more. 


A multitude of bars to use as you like, including multi-angle barbell, hex bar, EZ curl bar, multiple Olympic barbells, and tricep barbell. 


When you enter the Arnold's Place facility, you will have access to plenty of weights, a power rack, and plenty of mobility equipment to help you gain flexibility and mobility. 


The Box Jump targets all of the muscle groups of your lower body, including your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, and calves, working together to enhance power and strength.  The whiteboard is where my players and I dissect the X's and O's of soccer.
